HFAC provides aviation services including, but not limited to: aircraft leasing, bulk charter coordination, and fleet solutions.

Each service is governed by its own specific service agreement, which supplements — and in matters of conflict, supersedes — these general Terms.

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation from HFAC and the fulfilment of required payment terms.

HFAC reserves the right to decline any booking request at its discretion.

Cancellation and amendment policies vary by service type and are detailed in the applicable service agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HFAC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
